I was a working Mom with two young boys, who moved into a home that needed a lot of work. Bare walls, no budget for art, and a stubborn refusal to leave things out for bulk trash. I also needed a hobby for some “me” time, and costs of basic renovations were ridiculous.

I became self taught, and with my days that are loud, fast, and unpredictable, my garage studio became everything. It is a place of quiet intention, where I go to slow down, think in straight lines, and make something that will be there tomorrow.

I absolutely love what I do, and I am teaching my boys that you can do anything you put your mind to. I want to inspire anyone to try it yourself first. You never know what hidden talent you may have.
